Hi everyone, Like many other Stilo owners my remote keyfob doesn't do anything except make a little red light flash. I've tried completely disconnecting the battery (both terminals) for over half an hour but no difference. I've just bought the car and being giving it a good going over, I've hi all can any one help i have recently just had a new body computer fitted in 02 1.2 stilo and now the key fob won't unlock and lock the doors. the car starts up fine and there is a good battery in both key fobs but it still refuses to work. can any one help. cheers nath Enter vehicle and close all doors. 2. You can change the "shaft" of the key, but the fob probably won't code-in for the central locking or start the car. I changed the batteries in my key fob to see if that would help, and it didn't. Also, I know my battery is okay, as I got a new one in August-ish. Any help with this problem would be appreciated. Want to be sure it's not just an electrical problem. If it's locks then you'd have to change the lot including ignition barrel and new keys. My door lock has never worked with the key, tried to diagnose why the lock turns but won't unlock but never managed to get the door panel off, I got the trim / door card off, took all bolts out the metal panel but couldn't get into the guts of the door. .
